目的 探究智慧社区信息平台设计.方法 针对目前国内外智慧社区信息平台服务设计进行理论和实践层面的研究,并分析了相关案例.结果 总结了服务设计理念、方法的来源和发展及其在智慧社区信息平台中的应用.结论 与传统社区信息服务方式相比,智慧社区信息平台可以有效消除社区信息服务提供者和接受者之间的隔阂,提高双方的效率和体验.
Abstract
Objective Explore the smart community information platform design.Methods Conduct theoretical and practical research on the current smart community information platform service design at home and abroad,and analyze the relevant cases.Results This paper summarizes the origin and development of service design concept and methods and its application in intelligent community information platform.Conclusion Compared with the traditional community information service methods,the intelligent community information platform can effectively bridge the gap between the community information service providers and recipients,and improve the efficiency and experience of both sides.
