历史文化街区作为存量经济的重要资源,其空间活力的复兴是实现历史保护与文化经济可持续发展的关键之一.本文以营口市辽河老街历史文化街区为例,基于百度热力图、POI兴趣点等多源大数据,利用ArcGIS对其所在区域城市活力的外在表征和影响因素进行数据量化与相关性分析,从完善商业功能、加强空间规划、强化历史特色三方面提出针对于营口辽河老街活力提升的相关策略.
Abstract
The historical and cultural blocks are an important resource of stock economy,and the revival of its spatial vitality is one of the key steps to realize the sustainable development of historical preservation and cultural economy.Taking Liaohe Old Street,the historical and cultural block of Yingkou City as the study area,based on Baidu heat map and POI multi-source big data,this paper uses ArcGIS to conduct data quantification and correlation analysis on the external manifestations and influencing factors of urban vitality in the area.Then it puts forward relevant strategies to enhance the vitality of Liaohe Old Street from three aspects:improving commercial function,strengthening spatial planning and highlighting historical characteristics.
