基于包装基础模数的快递包装箱系列模数尺寸研究

摘要
目的 有效解决在设定快递包装尺寸时,寄递商品尺寸与物流基础模数之间可能存在的冲突,为快递包装尺寸的科学设定提供明确的路径和依据.方法 以政府部门对快递包装规格尺寸的标准化、系列化和模组化政策为导向,基于600mm×400mm、600mm×500mm、550mm×366mm三种包装基础模数确定系列化包装平面尺寸,对《GB/T 16606.2 2018快递封装用品 第2部分:包装箱》中规定的各包装型号的最大综合内尺寸进行拆分.结果 构建了一套与包装基础模数相兼容的快递包装尺寸清单.结论 通用快递包装箱的尺寸应遵循包装基础模数,而专用快递包装箱的尺寸则应在基础模数的范围内根据商品的实际尺寸进行选择.
Abstract
Objective To effectively solve the possible conflict between the size of the delivery goods and the basic modulus of logistics when setting express packaging size,and to provide a clear path and basis for the scientific setting of the size of the express package.Methods Guided by the standardization,serialization and modular policies of the government departments on the size of express packaging specifications,the serialized packaging plane dimensions are determined based on the three basic packaging modulus of 600mm×400mm,600mm×500mm,550mm×366mm.The maximum comprehensive inner size of each package type specified in"GB/T 16606.2-2018 Express Packaging Supplies Part 2:Packing Boxes"is split.Results A size list of delivery packaging in line with the basic packaging modulus is constructed.Conclusion The study proposes that the size of the general delivery package should follow the basic modulus of the package,while the size of the special delivery package should be selected according to the actual size of the commodity within the range of the basic modulus.
