随着我国慢性疾病的患病率不断增加,慢病管理成为建立慢病防控体系的重要工具.为梳理慢病管理系统设计领域的研究热点与趋势,本文运用分类筛选法,将慢病管理系统的文献分为了患者自我管理、医患双方监测管理和协同社区健康管理三个类别,并深入探讨其发展趋势和研究中存在的问题.文章旨在为慢病管理系统设计领域的研究和实践提供参考.
Abstract
With the growing prevalence of chronic diseases in China,chronic disease management has emerged as a vital instrument for establishing a comprehensive system for the prevention and control of chronic diseases.In order to sort out the research hotspots and trends in the field of chronic disease management system design,this paper uses the classification screening method to classify the literature on chronic disease management systems into three categories:patient self-management,mutual monitoring and management by healthcare providers and patients,and collaborative community health management,and discusses the development trends and problems in the research.The study aims to provide reference for research and practice in the chronic disease management system design.
