摘要

随着自动驾驶技术的快速发展,如何让新手驾驶员快速适应并有效使用这一新兴技术成为了重要课题.本研究旨在探索基于情境认知理论的自动驾驶新手引导交互设计,以提高新手用户的驾驶体验和安全性.研究分析了L3级自动驾驶功能与当前大众对自动驾驶的认知情况,再对新手驾驶员的认知特点以及驾驶行为进行分析,得出新手驾驶员的需求.基于情境认知理论和新手引导交互设计原则,研究提出了自动驾驶新手引导系统的内容构建,并初步设计了一款自动驾驶新手引导系统,以期为相关设计提供理论和实践参考,推动自动驾驶技术的普及和应用.

Abstract

With the rapid development of autonomous driving technology,how to enable novice drivers to quickly adapt to and effectively use this new technology has become an important issue.This study aims to explore the interaction design for the beginner's guide in autonomous driving based on Situated Cognition Theory,in order to enhance the driving experience and safety of novice users.The research analyzes the L3 level autonomous driving functions and the public's current understanding of autonomous driving.By analyzing the cognitive characteristics and driving behaviors of novice drivers,the study identifies their needs.Based on the Situated Cognition Theory and interaction design principles,it then proposes the contents as well as a preliminary design of an autonomous driving guidance system for novice drivers,in the hope of providing theoretical and practical reference for the relevant design,and contributing to the popularization and application of autonomous driving technology.
