摘要

目的 研究地铁自动售票机造型与用户意象认知之间的关系.方法 以国内外10个城市10款地铁自动售票机为样本,通过问卷调查获得造型意象认知数据,再采用聚类分析、因子分析和多元尺度分析法对数据进行整合和提炼.结果建立了造型意象与语义词汇关系图,使造型与意象之间的关系从早期的主观感受上升为理性客观的认识.

Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between metro ticket vending machine styling and the user's imagery cognition.Methods Taking ten metro ticket vending machines in ten cities at home and abroad as research samples,the study obtained the data of styling imagery cognition through questionnaire survey,and then used cluster analysis,factor analysis and multi-scale analysis to integrate and refine the data.Conclusion The relationship diagram between styling imagery and semantic vocabulary is established,so that the relationship between styling and imagery improves from early subjective feelings to rational and objective understanding.
