居家养老视角下高龄老人无人助餐产品设计研究

目的 设计一款社区无人助餐产品来解决现有助餐服务体系下高龄老年人吃饭难的问题.方法 以入户访谈和问卷调研的数据为依据,梳理高龄老人在"订餐-配送-餐后"三个助餐场景中所遇到的问题与诉求.然后利用ERG需求理论,将老人在助餐环节中所产生的各种需求按照用餐质量、用餐便利性、情感支持三个维度进行划分,并定位每一层级中最为迫切的需求,构建需求 服务匹配模型.结果 提出了一个从餐食订购到配送、再到餐后情感联系的无人助餐全过程设计方案.结论 该方案注重技术创新与实用性相结合,有望满足居家高龄老人对送用餐服务的需求.
Abstract
Objective Design a community unmanned meal service product to address the difficulties faced by the elderly in accessing meal services in existing systems.Method Based on data from in-home interviews and questionnaire surveys,the study identifies the problems and needs of the elderly in the three meal-assistance scenarios of"ordering-delivery-after-meal".Then,utilizing the ERG theory,various needs generated in the meal-assistance process are categorized into three dimensions:meal quality,meal convenience,and emotional support.The most urgent needs in each level are identified,leading to the construction of a need-service matching model.Results A design solution that encompasses the entire process from meal ordering to delivery and then to post-meal emotional engagement is proposed.Conclusion The solution focuses on the combination of technological innovation and practicality,and is expected to meet the demand for home-delivered meals for the elderly.
