建成环境与老年人步行活动的研究现状与发展趋势

摘要
目的 深入了解建成环境与老年人步行活动的研究现状与发展趋势,为建成环境与老年人步行活动相关领域研究方向和实践探索提供借鉴与参考.方法 运用信息可视化软件CiteSpace和传统文献研究相结合的方法,以中国知网(CNKI)和Web of science(WOS)核心库为数据来源,获取2010-2022年的中文文献89篇和英文文献229篇,从关键词聚类、研究总量、国家和地区进行分析.结果 经分析,笔者发现:(1)建成环境与老年人步行活动因素研究指标多集中为客观因素,而主观因素的指标相对较少;(2)建成环境与老年人步行活动分析方法的研究目前主要运用传统的统计模型预设二者之间的线性关系进行探讨,而较少学者用机器学习模型和高级计量经济模型探究二者之间存在的阈值效应和非线性关系;(3)步行活动研究往往以中介变量探讨建成环境对老年人健康的影响,主要从改善建成环境促进步行活动,进而促进老年人生理健康、心理健康和社会交往三个方面.结论 未来可进一步展开建成环境对老年人步行活动的作用机制的研究、建成环境对老年人步行活动的非线性研究和不同建成环境与老年人步行活动差异性研究.
Abstract
Objective To understand the research status and development trend of built environment and elderly walking activities,and to provide reference for the research direction and practice exploration of built environment and elderly walking activities.Methods By combining information visualization software CiteSpace with traditional literature research,89 Chinese literatures and 229 English literatures from 2010 to 2022 were obtained through CNKI and Web of science(WOS)core databases.The analysis is carried out by studying the keyword clustering,total amount of research,country and region.Results After analysis,it is found that:(1)In the study of built environment and walking activity factors of the elderly,most of the indicators were objective factors,while the subjective factors were relatively few;(2)The research on the analysis methods of built environment and walking activity of the elderly mainly discussed the linear relationship between the two using traditional statistical models,and few scholars use machine learning models and advanced econometric models to explore the threshold effect and nonlinear relationship between the two.(3)Studies on the effect of built environment on the health of the elderly are often conducted with mediating variables,mainly from three aspects:improving built environment to promote walking activity,and then promoting physical health,mental health and social communication of the elderly.Conclusion In the future,further studies can be conducted on the mechanism of the built environment on the elderly walking activity,the nonlinear study of the built environment on the elderly walking activity,and the study on the difference between different built environment and the elderly walking activity.
