摘要
体验经济时代,情感体验在产品开发中被赋予了更高的价值,以积极设计为用户创造积极情感体验、提升用户幸福感,已成为一种必然趋势.本文通过对用户幸福感与积极设计相关文献进行深入的研读与分析,总结主观幸福感的相关元素;然后,综合情感层次模型和积极设计工具,从积极体验要素、积极体验层次、积极体验设计三方面归纳产品的积极设计框架,并总结了积极设计的实施路径.研究旨在为积极设计的相关实践提供理论支持.
Abstract
In the era of experience economy,emotional experience is bestowed with higher value in product development,and thus it has become an inevitable trend to create positive experience for users with positive design to enhance their happiness.Through an in-depth study and analysis of the literature related to user happiness and positive design,this paper summarizes the relevant elements of subjective well-being;it also summarizes the framework of positive design for products in terms of the elements of positive experience,the levels of positive experience,and the design of positive experience by considering the emotion hierarchy model and the tools of positive design;finally it concludes the approach of positive design.The study aims to provide theoretical support for the practice of positive design.
