养老服务动态赋能设计研究——以澳大利亚My Aged Care项目为例

赋能设计是帮助老年人解除失能状态、重新发现能力的有效途径.为满足老年人不断变化的能力需求,文章提出动态赋能设计的四个阶段;随后,以澳大利亚养老服务项目My Aged Care为例,分析不同阶段下的生理能力赋能、心理能力赋能、社会支持赋能与医疗服务赋能措施;最后,根据不同的赋能情境,提出协作赋能设计、交互赋能设计和社会赋能设计的方法.文章旨在通过对动态赋能设计方法的探讨为养老服务设计实践提供借鉴.
Abstract
Empowerment design is an efficient method for older adults to relieve the disabled state and rediscover their abilities.To meet the continually changing needs of older adults,this paper outlines the four stages of dynamic empowerment design.Taking"My Aged Care",an Australian care service project,as the case,it analyzes the measures of physiological.psychological,social support and medical service empowerment.Finally,three methods based on different contexts are proposed,including cooperation empowerment design,interaction empowerment design,and social empowerment design.The discussion on dynamic empowerment design methods serves as a reference for aged care service design.
