摘要
目的 改良现有薯片包装,使消费者仅利用包装自身结构就能实现吃薯片不脏手.方法 对现有辅助实现吃薯片不脏手的产品设计进行调研与分析优缺点;确定包装改良目的与需要改良的结构(封条);对现有薯片包装的封条参数进行调研分析,确定适合的封条宽度;进行设计改良并检验使用效果.结果 设计出了一款可以利用封条包裹手指,避免脏手的薯片包装设计.结论 改良后的薯片包装结构以较小的成本实现吃薯片不脏手,具有较好的应用前景.
Abstract
Objective To improve the existing potato chips packaging so that consumers can eat potato chips without getting their hands dirty using only the structure of the package itself.Methods The advantages and disadvantages of the existing product designs that allow consumers to eat potato chips without dirtying the hands are analyzed based on the market research;the purpose of packaging improvement and the structure that needs to be improved are determined;the parameters of the existing chips packaging seals are analyzed to determine the appropriate seal width;the optimization design is carried and tested.Result A potato chips packaging design has been created,which enables consumers to wrap their fingers with a seal to avoid getting their hands dirty.Conclusion The new packaging structure realizes eating potato chips without hands getting dirty at a relatively small cost,thus having a very good application prospect.
