摘要

目的 了解腹腔镜手术训练器的用户核心需求并解决其与现行设计之间的矛盾,进行创新改良.方法 首先采用网络爬虫技术在线挖掘用户评论,通过共现分析、语义网络分析归纳用户需求准则;其次构建AHP模型评估用户需求权重,准确掌握腹腔镜手术训练器设计的重点;最后将核心需求点转化为技术方案,利用TRIZ发明理论解决潜在冲突,寻找最优解.结果 基于AHP-TRIZ模型总结设计方法,提出腹腔镜手术训练器设计策略并对产品进行了改良设计.结论 结合评论挖掘和AHP-TRIZ模型,不仅可拓宽用户需求的调研途径,获得更加全面、直观、准确的用户需求信息,同时还可更加科学、高效地解决用户使用需求和设计之间的矛盾,为相关产品设计提供新的设计思路.

Abstract

Objective To comprehend the core user requirements of laparoscopic surgical training simulators and resolve their conflicts with the current design,thereby facilitating innovative improvements.Methods Firstly,the web crawler technology is used to collect user comments and summarize user demand criteria through co-occurrence semantic network:Secondly,an AHP model is constructed to evaluate the weightage of user requirements,effectively identifying the focal points of laparoscopic surgical training simulator design;Finally,core user requirements are transformed into technical solutions,and the TRIZ theory is used to address potential conflicts and seek optimal solutions.Results Based on the AHP-TRIZ model,the study concluded a design methodology for laparoscopic surgical training simulator strategies and improved the product design accordingly.Conclusion Incorporating insights from comment mining and the AHP-TRIZ model can not only diversify the avenues for user requirement research and obtain more comprehensive,intuitive,and accurate understanding of user needs,but also solve the conflict between user requirements and design more scientifically and efficiently,and provide new insights for related product design.
