Research on Product Design of Lower Limb Exoskeleton Rehabilitation Aids Based on the Kano Model
Objective To design a lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation aid product for the elderly with mild leg disability, and to determine the direction of product design suitable for this group. Methods The study firstly analyzed the living habits of the elderly with mild leg incapacity and the problems of the existing design of lower limb exoskeleton aids, then used the Kano model to identify the users'needs of Must-be,Satisfiers and Delighters for lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation aids, and formulated the design strategy. Results A design solution for lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation aids is proposed, which not only covers Must-be user needs such as ease of use and ease of maintenance, but also includes Satisfiers needs such as comfort and modular design,as well as Delighters needs such as advanced feedback mechanisms. Conclusion A design approach based on in-depth understanding of the target user group and needs analysis can effectively enhance the user satisfaction and practicality of the product.
