目的针对我国老年人缺乏力量健身的现状,研究如何运用劝导理论提出适老化户外力量健身器材设计方案,引导老年人接触力量健身并养成长期力量健身的习惯.方法 采用访谈法洞悉老年人的健身习惯,分析老年人不进行力量健身的原因,以FBM行为模型为理论基础,从动机、能力和触发器等三大要素提出户外力量健身器材的适老化设计策略.结果 将劝导设计作为改变老年人健身行为的切入点,完成了一款户外力量健身器材适老化设计.结论 根据FBM行为的三大要素,从老年人健身行为角度进行分析,提出增加健身趣味性、降低老年人健身所需能力、实体交互触发健身行为等设计策略,可为户外健身器材适老化设计提供新思路.
Elderly-Friendly Design of Outdoor Fitness Equipment Based on Persuasion Theory
Objective In view of the lack of strength training among the elderly in our country,this paper explores how to use the persuasion theory to propose an elderly-friendly outdoor strength fitness equipment design scheme,with which to guide the elderly to love strength training and develop the habit of long-term strength training.Methods Interview method was used to gain insights into the workout routines of the elderly and analyze the reasons why the elderly do not engage in strength training.Based on FBM behavioral model,the elderly-friendly design strategy of outdoor strength fitness equipment was proposed from the three factors of motivation,ability and triggers.Results An elderly-friendly design of outdoor strength fitness equipment was completed by using persuasive design to change the fitness behaviour of the elderly.Conclusion According to the three elements of FBM,this paper analyzes the fitness behavior of the elderly,and puts forward design strategies such as increasing interest in exercise,reducing the ability required for fitness training of the elderly,and triggering physical activity through physical interaction,which can provide new ideas for the elderly-friendly design of outdoor fitness equipment.
