Study on the Functional Configuration and Area Ratio of Passenger Functional Space in Cruise Ship Superstructures
Objective From the perspective of architectural planning,to conduct research on the configuration and area ratio of passenger functional spaces in cruise ship superstructures,in order to provide a basis for shipowners to formulate a floor plan assignment. Methods The floor plans of the superstructures of 20 cruise ships were collected and drawn, the area of each passenger functional space was measured, and the area threshold was calculated.Using the abstract identity element method, the configuration of the regular functional spaces and flexible functional spaces of cruise ships was counted, and the area ratio and per capita area of each functional space were calculated. Results The functional space configuration rules of cruise ship superstructure and the area ratios of each functional space are obtained through statistics. Conclusion The area ratio of regular functional space is related to the tonnage of the cruise ship, while the area ratio of flexible functional space is related to the theme planning of the cruise ship.
