摘要
目的 探讨针对不同用户类型的快闪店体验设计策略与方法.方法与结果 基于巴特尔玩家分类模型将快闪店用户群体划分为探索者、成就者、优越者和社交者,然后提出了针对这几种用户群体的快闪店体验设计策略,并以实际快闪店案例进行了验证.结论 巴特尔游戏玩家分类理论可为快闪店体验设计提供新的思路.
Abstract
Objective Put forward the pop-up store experience design strategies and methods aiming at different user types.Methods and Results Based on Bartle's Taxonomy of Player Types,pop-up store users are classified into explorers,achievers,superiors and socializers,and then pop-up store experience design strategies for these user groups are proposed and verified with actual pop-up store cases.Conclusion The Bartle's Taxonomy of Player Types can provide new ideas for pop-up store experience design.
