Research on the Design Methods of Children's Public Facilities in the Context of Urban Culture
Children's public facilities,which reflect and spread the urban culture,are an important medium for children to interact with the city.This paper analyzes the concept of urban culture,children's public facilities,and the relationship between the two.It then discusses the integration of urban culture into the design strategy of children's public facilities,including:extracting cultural elements,creating a multi-sensory design,designing situational games,and emphasizing cultural connotations.The study hopes that by highlighting the urban cultural characteristics of children's public facilities,as well as enhancing the interaction between children and public facilities,it will increase children's awareness and recognition of urban culture,thereby promoting children's healthy growth and contributing to the inheritance and development of urban culture.
