Research on the Dishwasher Design Based on Kano-QFD Method
In order to explore the new design idea of dishwashers,this study grasps the basic situation of target users and the design pain points of existing dishwashers through questionnaires and interviews.Then the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment)methods are used to accurately locate requirements,the quality of user demand are transformed into the quality factors of the design through data analysis,the weight of demand quality and the relative weight of quality factors are determined,and the QFD model of dishwasher is built.Finally,a design scheme is put forward and verified.The results of the study proves that Kano-QFD method can help designers conduct quantitative analysis of user requirements,transform collected requirements into design elements,help designers solve product pain points,and provide reference for product iteration.
