Research on Critical Landscape Design of Heritage Sites from the Perspective of Ruins Aesthetics
The traditional landscape design of heritage sites tends to achieve historical transmission at the static level and lacks critical thinking about contemporary social issues.In response to this phenomenon,this essay first analyzes the significance and value of landscapes of heritage sites from the perspective of ruins aesthetics;and then it decodes the successful experience of the landscape redesign of the Landscape Park Duisburg-Nord,an industrial heritage site in Germany;finally,design strategies for the landscape redesign of heritage sites are presented,including:enhancing emotional experience,critically adopting and rejecting spatial functions,and promoting rewilding of the environment.The study hopes to provide ideas for the diversification of landscape design of heritage sites.
