Research on the Young Consumers'Preference of Cultural and Creative Products of Hubei Provincil Museum Based on Kano Model
Objective To promote the transformation of cultural and creative products of Hubei Provincial Museum,and thus enhance the satisfaction of young consumers with the cultural and creative products.Methods The preference of young consumers for Hubei Provincial Museum's cultural and creative products were explored through offline interviews and the KJ method;after the factors affecting the satisfaction of young consumers were initially summarized,the functional attributes of the products were clarified according to the Kano model;the young consumers'needs with a higher priority for the relevant cultural and creative products is finally derived through the calculation of Better-Worse coefficients.Results The results show that young consumers expect Hubei Provincial Museum's cultural and creative products to be more modern in shape,have profound cultural connotations,and fit in with the cultural characteristics of the museum's collections.Conclusion The cultural and creative product design of Hubei Provincial Museum should promote the rejuvenation and translation of cultural relics in the collection,promote cultural branding,and strengthen exclusive cultural characteristics.
