Research on Design of Health Management System with Sports-Healthcare Integration for the Migratory Elderly in Hainan
"Migratory bird"lifestyle,a seasonal migration trend similar to the one of migratory birds,is being favored by more and more elderly Chinese as a new type of retirement lifestyle.This paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the elderly care needs and health management issues of the migratory elderly in Hainan,and proposed a corresponding solution.Firstly,by analyzing the health problems brought by population aging and the importance of integrating sports and healthcare,the necessity of designing a health management system for the migratory elderly is elucidated.Then,through user needs research and design strategy analysis,the pain points and needs of the migratory elderly in health management are identified,and corresponding solutions are proposed.Finally,the interaction designs of the app for smartwatch and mobilephone are developed respectively,presenting a comprehensive smart health management system aimed at assisting the migratory elderly in proactive health management and enhancing their quality of life.This design is expected to provide valuable reference for research and practice in the field of elderly health management and promote the development of elderly healthcare in China.
