目的 基于微更新理论,探究大连胜利桥北历史文化街区景观微更新设计方法.方法 通过实地调研和资料收集的方法,梳理该街区的景观资源和景观问题.结果 从空间尺度、改造规模和元素有机关联三方面入手,提出大连胜利桥北历史文化街区景观微更新策略和设计方法.结论 将微更新理念与街区空间、历史文脉、商业业态相结合,可解决历史风貌破坏、设施老化与景观功能缺失、历史资源开发与街区特色不足等问题,唤醒历史文化街区活力.
Abstract
Objective Based on the theory of micro-renewal,explore the design method of landscape micro-renewal in Dalian Shengliqiao North Historical and Cultural Neighbourhood.Methods By means of field research and data collection,the landscape resources and landscape problems of the neighbourhood are sorted out.Results The landscape micro-renewal strategy and design method of Dalian Shengliqiao North Historical and Cultural Neighbourhood is proposed from the aspects of spatial scale,transformation scale and organic association of elements.Conclusion Combining the concept of micro-renewal with neighbourhood space,historical lineage and commercial patterns can solve the problems of destruction of historical landscape,aging of facilities and lack of landscape functions,and insufficient development of historical resources and characteristics of the neighbourhood,so as to awaken the vitality of the historical and cultural neighbourhood.
