本研究旨在探索通过HMI设计促进网约车司机健康管理的新途径,以帮助网约车司机应对因长时间驾驶等因素带来的健康挑战.用户调研发现,网约车司机普遍面临腰椎和颈椎疼痛、不规律饮食习惯等健康问题,且多在出现身体异样时才关注自身健康状态.基于这些发现,本研究提出了综合健康管理系统HMI设计策略,并通过融合车载DMS检测系统、智能方向盘和座椅,以及多模态交互设计,提出了一套保障网约车司机身体健康和提高生活质量的HMI设计方案.研究期望通过这一系列设计策略和方案的提出,有效提升网约车司机的健康管理水平,同时提高他们的工作效率.
Abstract
This study aims to explore new ways of promoting the health management of ride-hailing drivers through HMI design,in order to address the health challenges brought by prolonged driving and other factors.Through user research,it was found that ride-hailing drivers generally suffer from lumbar and cervical pain,irregular eating habits,and other issues,and most of them pay attention to health issues only when physical abnormalities occur.Based on these findings,this study proposes a comprehensive design strategy for health management system and proposes an HMI design scheme aimed at ensuring the physical health of ride-hailing drivers and improving their life quality by integrating vehicle DMS detection system,intelligent steering wheel and seats,as well as multimodal interaction design.It's hoped that through the application of this series of design strategies and schemes,the health management level of ride-hailing drivers can be effectively improved,and their work efficiency can be enhanced.
