低成本导向下高校公共设施模块化设计研究

随着教育设施需求的增长和预算压力的加大,校园公共设施的设计和更新面临着成本效益的挑战.本文旨在探讨在有限的预算下,如何通过模块化设计实现校园公共设施的优化升级.研究基于模块化设计理念,分析模块化设计在高校校园公共设施更新与优化中的优势,依据校园文化符号的表征提出一系列低成本、高效益的模块化设计策略,并以天津财经大学珠江学院为例,进行设计实践,以期为高校公共设施设计与更新提供有益参考,提升校园环境质量,推动校园文化发展.
Abstract
With the increase in demand for educational facilities and the growing pressure on budgets,the design and renovation of campus public facilities faces the challenge of cost-effectiveness.This paper aims to explore how to optimize and upgrade campus public facilities within a limited budget through modular design.Based on the concept of modular design,the study analyzes the advantages of the application of modular design to the renovation and optimization of campus public facilities,and proposes a series of low-cost,high-efficiency modular design strategies according to the campus cultural symbols.Then it takes the Pearl River College of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics as an example,and carries out a design practice,in the hope of providing valuable reference for the upgrade of campus public facilities in colleges and universities,so as to enhance the quality of the campus environment and further promote the development of campus culture.
