基于"三位一体"开发思路的中医药膳产品设计探究——以山黄红果膏为例

在人口老龄化和大众追求健康养生的背景下,本研究针对中医药膳产品构建了"三位一体"产品与包装创新设计模型,通过三个方面探索中医药膳产品创新设计的现代化路径,即:在产品功效上保障药膳组方的专业性、在服用体验上强化消费者在口味口感上的愉悦性、在使用方式上提升传统药膳产品在现代生活场景下的便利性.研究以山黄红果膏为例对该模型进行了验证.实践结果证明,"三位一体"创新设计模型可为中医药膳产品与包装设计提供指导,帮助中医药膳产品实现传承创新发展.
Exploring the Design of Chinese Medicinal Dietary Products Based on the"Three-in-One"Model-Taking Shanhuang Hongguo Gao as an Example
Against the background of aging population and the public's pursuit of health and wellness,this study constructs a"Three-in-One"product and packaging innovation design model for TCM medicinal dietary products,exploring the modernization path of TCM medicinal dietary products'innovation design through three aspects,i.e.,ensuring the professionalism of the medicinal dietary formulae in terms of the product efficacy,strengthening consumers'pleasure in taste,and enhancing the convenience of the traditional medicinal dietary products in terms of use in modern life scenarios.The study validates the model by taking Shanhuang Hongguo Gao as an example.The results prove that the innovation design model can provide guidance for TCM medicinal dietary product and packaging design,and help TCM medicinal dietary products to achieve the development of inheritance and innovation.
