Objective To investigate the curative effect of Wenfei Fuyang Qutan Prescription in the treatment of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable period.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with stable COPD were ran-domly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide inhaled powder aerosol+theophylline sus-tained-release tablets,while the study group was treated with Wenfei Fuyang Qutan Prescription besides the treatment of the con-trol group.The lung function,immunity,inflammatory factor indexes and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated to deter-mine its application value.Results After the treatment,compared with those in the control group,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and 6MWD were higher in the study group,and CAT score was lower(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP,WBC and NEUT in the study group were lower than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD8+,IgA and IgG in the study group were better than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Wenfei Fuyang Qutan Prescription in stable COPD patients on the basis of conventional western medicine is better,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body and improve the lung function and immune function of patients,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
