摘要
茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos的干燥菌核,为我国药食同源大宗常用中药材之一,其化学成分多样,主要包括四环三萜、多糖和植物甾醇等,具有利尿、健脾、止泻、安神、抗炎、降脂、保肝、抗肿瘤等药理作用,临床广泛用于治疗水肿、炎症、糖脂代谢异常等疾病.本文通过对茯苓化学成分、药理作用以及临床应用进行综述,以期为其进一步研究及临床应用提供参考依据.
Abstract
Poria cocos,as a medicinal and edible Chinese medicinal herb,is the dried sclerotium of Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf(Polyporaceae).Studies on the chemical components of Poria cocos have led to the identification of various types of second-ary metabolites,including tetracyclic triterpenoids,polysaccharides and sterols,and so on.Meanwhile,it has a wide range of bi-ological activities,such as diuretic,invigorating the spleen,antidiarrheic,calming the nerves,anti-inflammatory,lipid-decrea-sing,hepatoprotective and anti-tumor activities.It is widely used in the clinical treatment of edema,inflammation,disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism and other diseases.In this paper,the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Poriacocosare were reviewed to provide references for further research and clinical application.
