目的 建立紫苏梗和大皂角两种中药材的质量标准.方法 对 10 批不同产地紫苏梗和大皂角的药材性状和粉末显微特征进行观察,采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别.并分别对其水分、总灰分进行测定.对紫苏梗中的迷迭香酸含量进行HPLC测定,对大皂角的酸不溶性灰分、浸出物进行测定.结果 紫苏梗和大皂角的性状与药典描述一致,明确了其显微结构特征.薄层色谱鉴别中,供试品与对照品在相同位置显示出相同颜色斑点.紫苏梗的水分、总灰分分别≤12.0%、8.0%,含量测定中迷迭香酸含量≥0.10%;大皂角的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分分别≤13.0%、8.0%、1.0%,水冷浸、水热浸、醇冷浸以及醇热浸浸出物,均≥30.0%.结论 本研究制定了紫苏梗和大皂角的质量标准,为这两种药材的质量标准修订提供了参考.
Study on the quality standard of Perillae caulis and Gleditsiae sinensis fructus
Objective To establish the quality standards of Perillae caulis and Gleditsiae sinensis fructus.Methods The medicinal properties and powder microscopic characteristics of 10 batches of Perillae caulis and Gleditsiae sinensis fructus from different origins were conducted respectively.Qualitative identification was carried out using thin layer chromatography(TLC).Their moisture and total ash were measured separately.Rosmarinic acid content in Perillae caulis was determined using HPLC,and the acid-insoluble ash and leachate of Gleditsiae sinensis fructus were determined.Results The properties of Perillae caulis and Gleditsiae sinensis fructus are consistent with the description in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and their microstructure charac-teristics were clearly defined.In the TLC identification,the test sample and the control sample showed the same color spots at the same location.The moisture and total ash of Perillae caulis were≤12.0%and 8.0%,respectively.The content of rosmarinic acid in Perillae caulis was≥0.10%.The moisture,total ash content,and acid insoluble ash of Gleditsiae sinensis fructus were≤13.0%,8.0%and1.0%,respectively.The content of water cooled leaching extracts,water hot leaching extracts,alcohol cooled leaching extracts,and alcohol hot leaching extracts were≥30.0%.Conclusion The present study developed quality standards for Perillae caulis and Gleditsiae sinensis fructus,which provided a reference for the revision of quality standards for these two herbs.
