目的 探讨多配体蛋白聚糖-1(SDC-1)、硫酸乙酰肝素(HS)以及乙酰肝素酶(HPA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)及小细胞肺癌(SCLC)患者血清中的水平及其对诊断及预后的预测价值.方法 收集 10 例健康对照组及 76 例肺癌患者的血清标本,通过ELISA方法检测血清中HS、SDC-1、HPA表达水平.采用Mann-Whitney U检验进行组间比较.结果 肺癌患者血清HS、SDC-1 及HPA含量均高于健康对照组(P<0.05);HS、HPA单因素用于诊断肺癌时的AUC分别为0.819和0.930,HS、SDC-1、HPA三者联合诊断肺癌时AUC为 0.974.结论 HS、SDC-1、HPA三者联合检测对肺癌的诊断及预后具有较好的预测价值.
Expression of heparinase,heparan sulfate and syndecan-1 in serum of lung cancer patients and diagnostic value
Objective To investigate the serum levels of syndecan-1(SDC-1),heparan sulfate(HS)and heparanase(HPA)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and small cell lung cancer(SCLC),and diagnostic and predictive value.Methods We collected serum samples from 10 healthy volunteers and 76 lung cancer patients,and detected the expres-sion of HS,SDC-1 and HPA in serum by ELISA.Mann-Whitney Utest is used to compare with each group.Results The serum levels of HS,SDC-1 and HPA in lung cancer patients were higher than those in healthy volunteers.The AUC of HS and HPA in the diagnosis of lung cancer was 0.819 and 0.930 respectively.The AUC of HS,SDC-1 and HPA in the diagnosis of lung cancer was 0.974.Conclusion Co-detection of HS,HPA and SDC-1 could have important diagnostic and predictive value for lung canc-er.
