The exploration of clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To explore the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The research subjects were 57 patients with acute abdomen who came to our hospital with complete confirmed case data during this period. All patients underwent abdominal ultrasonography combined with vaginal ultrasonography, clinical diagnosis was taken as the gold standard to explore the diagnostic value of com-bined ultrasonography and the image manifestations of various acute abdominal diseases. Results With clinical diagnosis as the gold standard,41 cases were diagnosed with abdominal ultrasound, with a diagnostic accuracy of 71.93%;47 cases were diag-nosed by vaginal ultrasound, with a diagnostic accuracy of 82.46%;54 cases were diagnosed jointly with the two, with a diag-nostic accuracy of 94.74%.The diagnostic accuracy of vaginal ultrasound was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound, but the difference was not statistically significant. The diagnostic accuracy of combined diagnosis was higher than that of abdominal ultra-sound and vaginal ultrasound alone, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity of combined diag-nosis was 75.00%(3/4),and the sensitivity was 96.23%(51/53).The diagnostic accuracy of combined diagnosis for intrau-terine pregnancy miscarriage, ovarian cyst rupture, and placental abruption was 100%.Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound com-bined with vaginal ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.
