应用6S管理模式提高高职护生基础护理实训教学效果分析

目的:探讨 6S管理模式在高职护生基础护理实训课教学效果的应用分析.方法:便利抽签法随机选取芜湖市某高职 2022 级专科护生作为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组.对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用以6S管理模式为核心的试验教学方法.学期结束后,两组学生均进行技能考核、调查问卷参与效果评价.比较、评价两组护生的基础护理技能操作成绩、教学效果及教学效果满意度.结果:试验组基础护理技能操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组教学效果(着装仪表、物品管理、团队合作能力、动手能力、沟通能力五个维度)各项得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);且试验组学生对教学效果满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在基础护理实训教学中实施6S管理模式有助于学生团结协作,养成良好习惯,提高学习兴趣和学习主动性,提升高职护生基础护理实训教学效果及提高学生对教学效果满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application and analysis of the 6S management model in the teaching effect of basic nursing training courses for higher vocational nursing students.Methods:The 2022 nursing students of a higher vocational college in Wuhu City were randomly selected as the research objects by convenient lottery method,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the experimental teaching method with the 6S management model as the core.At the end of the semester,both groups of students underwent skill assessment and questionnaire participation in the evaluation.The basic nursing skills operation performance,teaching effect and teaching effect satisfaction of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results:The performance of basic nursing skills in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the experimental group(five dimensions:dress and appearance,item management,teamwork ability,hands-on ability,and communication ability)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the 6S management model in the teaching of basic nursing training is helpful for students to unite and cooperate,develop good habits,improve the learning interest and the initiative,advance the teaching effect of basic nursing training for higher vocational nursing students,and promote students'satisfaction with the teaching effect.
