Ecological invasion plant-Bitter weed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia) and integrated control strategy
Bitter weed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia) has already spread in most areas of our country since it is introduced. It is a harmful grass which not only seriously damages mankind health and environment but also brings about giant loss in property and biodiversity. This is a typical kind of green-pollution and has become one of the most serious-harmful ecological invasion plants. According to its ecological characteristics, harm and all kinds of methods using currently, taking sustainable development of ecological system into account, an adoptable integrated control strategy is established which is mainly composed of biological and substitute controlling, aided by manual and chemical prevention.
