17个苜蓿品种苗期抗旱性鉴定

采用温室盆栽模拟旱境条件,连续干旱胁迫4、8、12 d对17个苜蓿Medicago sativa品种苗期的叶片相对含水量、脯氨酸含量和质膜透性3个抗旱生理指标进行了分析评价,以干旱胁迫12 d与刚停水时(CK)的3个抗旱生理指标的变化率进行方差分析与数学聚类,研究结果表明,17个苜蓿品种可划分为抗旱性较强、中、较弱3类,其中肇东苜蓿、CW400、DK140、8925苗期抗旱性较强,而Grandeur、WL323MF、8920MF苗期抗旱性较弱,且二者之间差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),其余参试品种的抗旱性居中.
Identification and assessment of drought resistance for 17 Alfalfa Varieties at the Seedling Period
A mimic drought stress was designed under greenhouse condition. Relative water contents in leave, free proline accumulation and cell membrane permeability was measured for 17 alfalfa cultivars after drought induced for 4,8, and 12 days. Tested 17 alfalfa cultivars could be classified into high, medium and weak drought resistant groups, among them, Zhaodun,CW400,DK140,GongnongNo land Xinjiang Daye belonged to high drought resistant group. DK127,Forerunner,Grandeur were in weak drought resistant group. There was significantly different on drought tolerant between the high and the weak groups (P<0.05).
