基于产量及越冬特性对40个紫花苜蓿品种在科尔沁地区综合评价

科尔沁沙地紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种选择一直是制约该地紫花苜蓿产业发展的核心问题,2021-2022年连续两年通过田间试验对40个紫花苜蓿品种越年产量、越冬率和越冬芽、根颈可溶性糖、淀粉及可溶性蛋白等生理指标进行测定,利用方差分析、灰色关联度分析完成40个紫花苜蓿品种的综合评价,为科尔沁沙地紫花苜蓿科学选种提供依据。结果表明:紫花苜蓿越年干草产量最高的品种为'4030',为17082 kg·hm-2;不同品种紫花苜蓿越冬率、越冬芽数量不同,其中'巨能601'和'肇东苜蓿'越冬率最高,分别为93。48%和89。41%,显著高于其他品种(P<0。05);'3010'越冬芽数量最多,为16。20,其与'4030'和'巨能耐盐'越冬芽数量差异不显著(P>0。05),但显著高于其他品种(P<0。05);越冬前'阿迪娜'品种根颈可溶性糖(SS)含量最高,'巨能801'根颈淀粉(S)含量最高,'WL168HQ'可溶性蛋白(SP)含量最高;利用灰色关联度法综合评价得出,'阿迪娜'4030'康赛'3010'中苜一号'WL168HQ'6个品种关联度最高,适宜在科尔沁沙地推广种植。
A comprehensive evaluation of 40 alfalfa varieties in the Horqin region based on yield and overwintering characteristics
The selection of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) sativa varieties in Horqin sandy land has always been the core issue that restricts the development of the local alfalfa industry. Through field tests for two consecutive years from 2021 to 2022, the physiological indicators of 40 alfalfa varieties, such as annual yield, wintering rate, wintering buds, soluble sugar, starch, and soluble proteins in the root and neck, were measured through correlation analysis and grey correlation analysis completed the comprehensive evaluation of 40 alfalfa varieties, providing a basis for scientific selection of alfalfa varieties in Horqin sandy land. The results showed that the variety with the highest annual hay yield of alfalfa was '4030', with a total output of 17082 kg·ha-1. The overwintering rate and number of overwintering buds vary among different varieties of alfalfa with 'Juneng 601' and 'Zhaodong' alfalfa having the highest overwintering rate, 93.48% and 89.41%, respectively, significantly higher than other varieties (P < 0.05). The number of overwintering buds in '3010' is the highest, at 16.20 and although there is no significant difference in the number of overwintering buds compared to '4030' and 'Juneng Salt Tolerance' (P > 0.05), it is significantly higher than other varieties (P < 0.05). Before overwintering, the highest content of soluble sugar, starch, and soluble protein was present in the root and neck of the 'Adina' 'Juneng 801' and 'WL168HQ' varieties, respectively. Using the grey correlation method (resolution coefficient ρ= 0.5) through comprehensive evaluation, six varieties were obtained:'Adina' '4030' 'Kangsai' '3010' 'Zhongmu No.1' and 'WL168HQ', which had the highest correlation degree and were suitable for planting in Horqin sandy land.
