黍子SRS基因家族的全基因组鉴定与表达分析

植物特异性SHI-related sequence(SRS)转录因子在调控植物生长发育、激素生物合成和胁迫反应中起着至关重要的作用。本文研究了黍子(Panicum miliaceum)SRS基因家族(PmSRS),利用生物信息学方法分析了PmSRS的结构和功能,并通过转录组数据分析SRS基因在黍子不同组织和不同成熟阶段的基因表达水平。共鉴定出13个PmSRS,根据系统发育关系分为6个亚家族,且同一亚家族中的PmSRS成员包含相似的基因结构和基序组成。发现在PmSRS基因的启动子区存在39种与植物生长发育、植物激素、胁迫及光响应相关的顺式作用元件。此外,PmSRS5、PmSRS6可能在黍子生长时期发挥主要作用。本研究提供了黍子SRS基因家族的综合信息,有助于研究SRS基因的功能,并为黍子的分子改良提供了理论依据。
Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the SRS gene family in Panicum miliaceum
The plant-specific SHI-related sequence (SRS) family of transcription factors plays a vital role in growth regulation,plant development,phytohormone biosynthesis,and stress response. Here,we studied the SRS gene family (PmSRS) of Panicum miliaceum,analyzed the structure and function of PmSRS using bioinformatics methods,and analyzed the gene expression levels of SRS in different tissues and maturation stages of broomcorn millet using transcriptome data. A total of 13 PmSRSs were identified and classified into six subfamilies based on phylogenetic relationships analysis,and PmSRS members in the same subfamily contained similar gene structures and motif compositions. Thirty-nine cis-acting elements related to plant growth and development,phytohormones,stress and light response were found to be present in the promoter region of PmSRS. In addition,PmSRS5 and PmSRS6 may play major roles during the growth period of broomcorn millet. This study provides comprehensive information on the SRS gene family in broomcorn millet,which helps to study the function of SRS genes and provides a theoretical basis for molecular improvement of broomcorn millet.
