为研究贮藏年限对不同居群白羊草(Bothriochloa ischaemum)种胚细胞抗氧化特性的影响,试验以贮藏1~4年的代县、平鲁、平定、柳林及太谷5个居群的白羊草种子为材料,分析其种胚细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化规律。结果表明,贮藏1~4年时,供试居群白羊草种胚细胞MDA含量均显著上升(P<0。05),且以太谷居群白羊草种胚细胞MDA含量变化最缓,在第4年时才显著增加(P<0。05);而其抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、APX和GR)活性则均有不同程度的下降。其中,代县、平鲁、平定及柳林居群白羊草种胚细胞的SOD、APX、GR活性在贮藏第2年时就显著降低(P<0。05)。因此,不同居群白羊草种子的耐贮性存在差异,以太谷居群的白羊草种子最耐贮藏,可贮藏约3年,而代县、平鲁、平定和柳林居群的白羊草种子仅可贮藏1年。
Effects of storage years on antioxidant properties of embryonic cells of Bothriochloa ischaemum seeds from different population
To study the effects of storage years on antioxidant properties of embryonic cells of Bothriochloa ischaemum seeds from different population,five populations of B. ischaemum seeds from Daixian,Pinglu,Pingding,Liulin,Taigu of Shanxi Province were collected in 2017,2018,2019,and 2020,and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),ascorbate peroxidase (APX),glutathione reductase (GR),and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were analyzed. The results showed that the MDA content in five populations of B. ischaemum seeds all increased significantly (P<0.05). The MDA content in B. ischaemum seeds from Taigu population had the slowest change,and it only increased on the 4th storage year (P<0.05). However,the activities of SOD,CAT,APX,and GR had a varying degree of decrease. The activities of SOD,APX,and GR showed a significant decrease on the 2nd storage year in B. ischaemum seeds from Daixian,Pinglu,Pingding,and Liulin populations (P<0.05). In conclusion,there are different storage tolerance in B. ischaemum seeds among different populations. B. ischaemum seeds of Taigu population had the best storage tolerance,because it can be stored approximately three years;however,seeds of Daixian,Pinglu,Pingding,and Liulin populations could be stored for approximately one year.
