毛乌素沙地光伏电场光牧耦合模式及其效益分析

毛乌素沙地发展光伏产业为地方经济绿色转型发展开辟了新的路径,但光伏电场的建设与运行会毁坏光伏场区及周边区域的植被,加剧沙地生态的退化,对当地脆弱生态系统的稳定产生较大的负面影响。如何将光伏发电与生态环境保护有机结合,是毛乌素沙地光伏产业可持续发展的关键。本研究从毛乌素沙地的自然生态环境条件出发,基于板上发电和板下种草的生态经济耦合原理,构建了光伏发电与草牧产业有机融合的耦合发展模式。结果表明,与场外相比,伊当湾光伏电场植被覆盖度提高了 79%~81%,单位面积的总价值达到132。89万元,是场区外的7。60倍,其中,生态效益总价值量最大,占47。29%,社会效益和经济效益分别占27。25%和25。46%。9个评估指标中,养分循环指标价值量最高,占总价值量37。38%。光牧耦合模式具有显著的耦合效益,在毛乌素沙地光伏电场具有广泛的应用和推广价值。
Light-grazing coupling pattern of photovoltaic electric field and benefit analysis in Mu Us Sandy Land
The development of a photovoltaic industry in the Mu Us Sandy Land in China presents a promising opportunity for the green transformation and growth of local economy.However,the construction and operation of photovoltaic electric fields destroys vegetation in the photovoltaic field area and surroundings,which could aggravate the degradation of the sandy land ecology,with substantial negative impact on the stability of the local fragile ecosystem.Combining photovoltaic power generation with ecological environment protection is crucial for the sustainable development of a photovoltaic industry in Mu Us Sandy Land.Based on the natural ecological environment conditions of this region and the principle of ecological and economic coupling,which combines on-board power generation with under-board grass planting,this study constructed a development model that integrates photovoltaic power generation with the grass and animal husbandry industries.The model data revealed that,compared to the unaffected area,vegetation coverage within the Yidangwan photovoltaic electric field increase by 79%to 81%.The total value of one hectare reached 132.89 x 10 yuan,which is 7.60 times higher than the comprehensive benefit of the area outside the photovoltaic electric field.The total ecological benefit value,accounted for 47.29%of this increase,while social and economic benefits contributed 27.25%and 25.46%,respectively.Among the nine evaluation indices,the nutrient cycling index has the highest,making up 37.38%of the total.The light-grazing coupling pattern demonstrated significant coupling benefit and has broad application and promotion potential for photovoltaic electric field in Mu Us Sandy Land.
