添加中、微量元素及组合对促生菌剂促生特性的影响研究

为筛选可提升促生菌剂有效活菌数和促生特性的营养元素,本文通过在促生菌剂中添加不同种类和浓度的中、微量元素及其组合,探索不同元素的最佳添加量及添加后对菌剂有效活菌数、固氮酶活性、溶磷能力和分泌吲哚乙酸(IAA)的影响.结果表明:1)当钼、硼、锰和镁添加浓度分别为100、100、5和10 mg·L-1时,菌剂的有效活菌数较未添加分别增加了 23.53%、77.65%、81.88%和148.71%.2)正交试验表明,最佳组合为A-1B0C0D-1,即钼50 mg·L-1、锰5mg·L-1、镁10 mg·L-1和硼50 mg·L-1,其中硼元素起主导作用.3)通过测定单一元素及不同组合对促生菌剂促生特性的研究结果显示,单一元素或不同元素组合添加对菌剂的固氮酶活性、溶磷能力和分泌IAA能力均存在不同程度的影响.综合评价得出,影响菌剂促生特性综合能力表现为:单一元素处理中,添加5 mg·L-1锰的处理表现最优;添加元素组合的处理中,组合A5(钼100 mg·L-1、硼150 mg·L-1、锰5 mg·L-1、镁5 mg·L-1)最优.本研究结果可用于完善促生菌剂的配方.
Effects of the addition of medium and trace elements and their combinations on the growth promoting properties of microbial inoculants
This study was conducted to screen the nutrient elements that can enhance the effective viable count and growth promoting properties of microbial inoculants.By adding different types and concentrations of media and trace elements and their combinations to the microbial inoculants,we explored the optimal amendment amount of different elements and their effects on the effective viable bacterial counts of the inoculants,nitrogen-fixing enzyme activity,phosphorus solubilizing capacity,and secretory indoleacetic acid(IAA).The results showed that when molybdenum(Mo),boron(B),manganese(Mn),and magnesium(Mg)were added at 100,100,5,and 10 mg·L 1,the effective viable bacteria counts of the microbial inoculants were increased by 23.53%,77.65%,81.88%,and 148.71%,respectively.The orthogonal test showed that the best combination was A-1B0C0D-1(Mo 50 mg·L-1,Mn 5 mg·L-1,Mg 10 mg·L-1,and B 50 mg·L-1),with boron playing a leading role.The addition of a single element or different combination of elements had different effects on the nitrogenase activity,phosphorus solubilization ability,and IAA secretion ability of the microbial inoculants.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the rankings of the overall ability to influence the growth promoting properties of the microbial inoculants were as follows:among the single-element treatments,the addition of 5 mg·L-1 Mn was the best performer,and among the treatments with a combination of elements added,the best performer was the combination of A5(Mo 100 mg·L-1,B 150 mg·L-1,Mn 5 mg·L-1 and Mg 5 mg·L-1).In summer,the results of this study can be used to improve the formulation of microbial inoculants.
