以'领袖''楷模''美达''青海444'为研究对象,测定其在不同生育时期的抗倒伏性、产量、营养指标并运用主成分分析进行综合评价,以探讨适宜黑龙江哈尔滨地区种植的饲用燕麦(Avena sativa)品种及最佳刈割时期。结果表明:品种、刈割时期及两者交互作用对产量和营养品质具有显著影响(P<0。05)。4个燕麦品种均在乳熟期出现倒伏,'领袖''楷模''美达''青海444'倒伏率分别为31。25%、6。25%、81。25%和87。50%。各品种鲜草产量随刈割时期后移呈现先上升后下降的趋势,'领袖''楷模''美达'在灌浆期刈割鲜草产量最高,分别为50。56、50。33和49。33 t·hm-2,且品种间差异不显著(P>0。05);青海444则在乳熟期收获鲜草产量最高(36。56 t·hm-2);4个燕麦品种的干物质产量随着生育期的推迟逐渐增加,乳熟期达到最大值(11。19 t·hm-2);随着刈割期的推迟,水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量逐渐增加,灌浆期的燕麦WSC含量较拔节期增加38。18%。综上所述,燕麦品种'领袖''楷模'适宜在黑龙江哈尔滨春播,在灌浆期刈割,此时高产优质协同平衡,既可保质保量,又能为一年两季种植提供可能。
Effect of different variety and cutting time on yield and quality of forage oat in central and southern Heilongjiang Province
To explore the suitable forage oat varieties and optimal harvest period in Harbin,the capital of Heilongjiang,China,we have comprehensively evaluated the anti-lodging ability,yield,and nutritional indices of 4 oat varieties(i.e.,'Souris''Haymaker''Meida''Qinghai444')at different growth stages using principal component analysis.The yield and nutritional qualities were significantly affected by the variety,harvest period,and their interaction(P<0.05).The results showed that the lodging rates of'Souris''Haymaker''Meida''Qinghai444'were 31.25%,6.25%,81.25%,and 87.50%at milking stage,respectively.The fresh matter yield of each variety first increased and then decreased with the delay in harvesting time.The fresh matter yield of'Souris'(crop yield 50.56 t·ha-1),'Haymaker'(crop yield 50.33 t·ha-1),and'Meida'(crop yield 49.33 t·ha-1)were the highest when they were mowed at the filling stage;with no significant differences were noted amongst the yields of these crops.The fresh matter yield of'Qinghai444'(crop yield 36.58 t·ha-1)was the highest when mowed at the milking stage.The dry matter yield of'Qinghai444'gradually increased with the delay in harvesting period,reaching the maximum at the milking stage,when the yield was 11.19 t·ha-1.With the delay in harvesting,the content of water soluble carbohydrate(WSC)also gradually increased.Compared with the jointing stage,the WSC content at the filling stage increased by 38.18%.In summary,'Souris'and'Haymaker'were found suitable for spring sowing in the study area,and could be harvested at the filling stage when both yield and quality were balanced.This would ensure quality and quantity,as well as provide scope for two-season cultivation annually.
