草业科学专业"生态学基础"教学内容与模式改革

生态学基础是草业科学本科专业的重要基础课。生态学基础统编教材为适用更多专业,内容相对笼统,因此各个专业需根据自身特色改革教学内容。本研究首先从系统化教学知识体系、融入思政元素以及丰富教学手段3个方面,分析了草业科学专业生态学基础教学内容改革的必要性,然后从完善教学大纲、知识点向草业科学延伸、增加生活化案例、挖掘思政元素方面,以示例方式改革了教学内容,提出了主讲教师通过同行互评和模拟授课获取反馈意见的备课方式,以及幻灯片、短视频、主题研讨等多元化授课手段,建立了草业科学专业生态学基础教学模式。该模式明显提高了教学和学习效果,学生满意度超过86%,为草业科学专业生态学基础的教学提供了借鉴。
Reforming the teaching content on basic ecology in grassland science courses
Fundamental ecology,or basic ecology,is the study of organismal diversity and of the interactions between organisms and their environments and is an elementary field of grassland science.The state-compiled textbook of basic ecology is relatively general because it must be applied to many undergraduate programs.However,there is a need to update the teaching content of grassland science textbooks to reflect advances in basic ecology.First,by systematizing the knowledge hierarchy,highlighting ideological and political elements,and expanding the teaching methods,this study demonstrated the need to reform the teaching content of basic ecology for grassland science.Second,methods by which to reform the basic ecology content,including improving instructional programs,extending knowledge points of basic ecology into grassland science,adding cases that are oriented from life,and refining ideological and political elements,were discussed.This study proposes the preparation of lessons with mutual evaluation among peers,simulative teaching,and teaching using videos and symposiums to improve the learning experience for students of grassland science.Taken together,these findings were used to establish a teaching pattern of basic ecology for grassland science.This pattern was evaluated by students and found to achieve improved teaching and learning effects,with over 86%satisfaction among undergraduates.Thus,this study provides a reference for the reform of basic ecology for grassland science in university courses.
