盐碱胁迫对苗期紫花苜蓿生理特性的影响

以紫花苜蓿公农1号为试验材料,研究了在不同浓度的盐碱胁迫下,苗期紫花苜蓿生理生化特性指标(可溶性糖、脯氨酸、束缚水和自由水、叶片持水力)的变化情况.结果表明,随着盐碱胁迫浓度的增大,公农1号中可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量均有一定的上升趋势,最大值分别达到87.16%和753.49 μg/g;束缚水与自由水比率随着盐碱浓度的增加逐渐增大,经盐碱处理7 d后,束缚水/自由水达到0.94;而随着盐碱胁迫浓度的增大,离体叶片持水力下降了12%~48%.
Effect on physiological characteristic of Medicago sativa under saline-alkali stress at seeding stage
Under different saline - alkali stress, the physiological biochemistry response of Medicago sativa Gongnong No. 1 leaves were studied.
