摘要

为了满足日益严苛的碳排放环保要求,该文以21万t常规燃料散货船为基础,开展以甲醇燃料作为船舶推进动力的关键技术研究,包括甲醇燃料储存舱的布置、甲醇燃料注入和供给系统的设计、甲醇燃料应用的安全和消防要求等,从而开发出某型21万t甲醇双燃料散货船.该船型满足国际海事组织MSC.1/Circ.1621导则和IGF Code规范要求,采用全宽式尾部甲板,2 个甲醇燃料舱布置在船舶尾部机舱棚两侧,既不影响货物装卸,也不减少货舱容量.在甲醇燃料模式下,该船消除了颗粒物和硫氧化物的排放,氮氧化物排放满足IMO Tier Ⅲ标准,船舶能效设计指数可满足第 3 阶段要求.

Abstract

To meet the increasingly stringent requirements of COX emission control,the key technologies of the methanol fuel as a propulsion power are studied based on a 210 000 tonnage conventional fuel bulk carrier,including the arrangement of the methanol fuel tanks,the design of the filling and supply system for the methanol fuels,and the safety and firefighting requirements for the methanol fuel application.Thus,a type of 210 000 tonnage methanol dual-fuel bulk carrier is developed.This vessel meets the requirements of MSC.1/Circ.1621 guidelines and IGF Code of International Maritime Organization(IMO).It adopts a full-width aft deck,and two methanol fuel tanks arranged on both sides of the engine casing at the ship stern,without affecting the cargo handling,nor reducing cargo capacity.Under the methanol fuel model,the emissions of particulate matter and sulfur oxide are eliminated,the nitrogen oxide emissions meet the IMO Tier Ⅲ standard,and the ship energy efficiency design index(EEDI)meets the requirements of the third phase.
