摘要

深海采矿可能对海洋环境造成不利影响,已成为开发规章制定工作中备受关注的问题,特别是由采矿引起的羽状流,其环境影响的阈值可能颠覆现有的采矿工艺.目前深海采矿羽流的研究方法主要包括室内实验、模型计算和现场监测,但实验和模型计算的空间尺度差异很大,且监测范围和时间均受到限制,其结果可靠性和准确性尚待分析.该文对比分析了现有的实验、模拟计算和现场监测的数据,从模型原理、计算边界条件和沉积物特性参数等方面分析了羽流迁移扩散的结果,并对其环境影响的阈值进行了讨论,可为后续深海采矿羽流分析提供借鉴.

Abstract

Deep-sea mining may have adverse effects on the environment.It is of increasing concern in the formulation of development regulations,especially the plume flow caused by mining,whose environmental impact threshold may overturn the existing mining processes.The current research methods for deep-sea mining plumes mainly include indoor experiments,model calculations,and on-site monitoring.The spatial scale differences between experiments and analytical calculations are significant,and the monitoring range and time are limited.The reliability and accuracy of the results still need to be analyzed.The existing experimental results are compared with numerical simulations and monitoring data.The plume migration and diffusion are analyzed from the model principles,calculation boundary conditions and sediment characteristics,and the environment impact threshold is discussed.It can provide references for the subsequent analysis of the deep-sea mining plume.
