基于高速公路边坡光伏组件清洁机械的开发研究

由于公路边坡具有地质条件复杂、坡面高、坡度陡等特点,光伏组件铺设位于高速公路边坡会给后续的光伏电站运维带来极大挑战.光伏电站需定期开展组件清洗,以确保发电量正常,保证收益.目前市面上主流的光伏组件清洁方式为人工清洁与智能机器人清洁.人工清洁需要一个平整的站立平台,智能机器人清洁要求光伏组件为连续铺设,以上两种方式均不适用于高速公路边坡光伏电站.本文通过实际研究,探索开发一套基于高速公路边坡的组件清洁机械.本机械设备与洒水车结合,临时占用高速公路应急车道进行流动作业,有效保障作业人员安全,实现对清洁光伏组件的清洁效果.
Development of Cleaning Machinery for Photovoltaic Modules Based on Highway Slopes
Because the photovoltaic module is laid on the highway slope,which has the characteristics of complex geological conditions,high slope and steep slope,it brings great challenges to the subsequent operation and maintenance of the power station.Photovoltaic power plants need to carry out regular module cleaning to ensure that the power generation is normal and ensure the income.At present,the mainstream photovoltaic module cleaning methods on the market are manual cleaning and intelligent cleaning robots.Manual cleaning needs a flat standing platform,intelligent cleaning robot needs continuous photovoltaic module laying,so the above two methods are not suitable for high-speed slope photovoltaic power plants.This paper explores the development of a set of component cleaning machinery based on highway slopes through practical research.The mechanical equipment is combined with the sprinkler vehicle,temporarily occupying the emergency lane of the highway for mobile operation,effectively ensuring the safety of the operator and achieving the cleaning effect of photovoltaic modules.
