高速公路边坡光伏发电系统运维技术研究

为了提高分布式长线型边坡光伏发电系统运维效率,本文采用自动化监测设备对光伏边坡和支架结构进行稳定性监测,建立光伏组件可靠数据库,进行发电系统故障分析,开展凝露自清洁试验对不同材料的光伏表面膜进行自清洁效果分析。结果表明,采用自动化监测设备是对光伏支架结构及光伏边坡稳定性进行监测评价和安全预警的重要手段;实现无人化巡检和智能化故障诊断是边坡光伏发电系统运行监测和故障诊断的发展趋势;与超亲水、亲水和疏水表面涂层相比,超疏水膜表面对沉降初期的积灰表现出更好的自清洁性能。
Research on Operation and Maintenance Technology of Highway Slope Photovoltaic Generation System
In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of distributed long-line slope photovoltaic power generation system,this paper uses automatic monitoring equipment to monitor the stability of photovoltaic slope and support structure,establishes a reliable database of photovoltaic modules for fault analysis of power generation system,and carries out condensation self-cleaning test to analyze the self-cleaning effect of photovoltaic surface films of different materials.The results show that the use of automatic monitoring equipment is an important means to monitor,evaluate and warn the stability of photovoltaic support structure and photovoltaic slope.The realization of unmanned inspection and intelligent fault diagnosis is the development trend of operation monitoring and fault diagnosis of slope photovoltaic power generation system.Compared with super-hydrophilic water,hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface coatings,the super-hydrophobic film surface shows better self-cleaning performance for the ash deposition at the initial stage of sedimentation,which provides a research direction for the self-cleaning technology of photovoltaic mirrors.
