Overview and Comparison of Management Modes of Rescue Service for Expressway Vehicles at Home and Abroad
Due to the early passage of expressways in foreign countries,especially in developed countries,in the long-term development process,a set of regulations,scheduling mechanism,organizational structure,emergency plan,monitoring and management,including a relatively complete rescue system has been formed.From the confirmation of the accident to the final recovery of the scene,a variety of advanced technologies are adopted in the whole process,including computer simulation technology,monitoring technology,GPS technology and ground-air cooperation technology,etc.,to ensure that rescue personnel and equipment in various rescue accidents can be closely coordinated and effectively linked to achieve the purpose of rapid and effective rescue work.This paper systematically summarizes the development status of highway accident rescue management system between China and the United States,Germany and Japan,and analyzes the differences at home and abroad,which may provide a reference for the domestic high-speed rescue service industry.
