基于大数据背景下的中小城市停车治理研究

中小城市城镇化和机动化的快速发展,给城市停车带来较大的压力。为了解决民生痛点,提升居民出行品质,有必要以大数据为手段,加强中小城市停车治理研究。本文通过对城市现有停车资源进行系统评估,从发展策略、建筑物停车配建指标制定、路外公共停车场布局规划、路内停车设施规划以及智慧停车系统建设的角度提出治理方案。以伊春市中心城区停车治理为例,通过建立分区的停车配建标准、多渠道挖潜公共停车泊位、动态评估调整路内停车泊位、建设智慧停车系统和推进停车共享等举措,伊春市中心城区的停车更加有序和高效,停车管理效能大幅提升。
Research on Parking Management in Small and Medium-sized Cities under the Background of Big Data
With the rapid development of urbanization and motorization in small and medium-sized cities,it brings great pressure to urban parking.In order to solve the pain points of people's livelihood and improve the quality of residents'travel,it is necessary to take big data as a means to strengthen the research on parking management in small and medium-sized cities.Through the systematic evaluation of the existing urban parking resources,this paper puts forward the governance plan from the development strategy,the formulation of building parking allocation index,the layout planning of off-road public parking lot,the planning of in-road parking facilities and the construction of intelligent parking system.Taking the parking management in the central city of Yichun city as an example,through establishing the regional parking allocation standards,tapping the public parking berths through multiple channels,dynamically evaluating and adjusting the road parking berths,building the intelligent parking system,and promoting parking sharing,the parking in the central city of Yichun city is more orderly and efficient,and the parking management efficiency has been greatly increased.
