常温水性聚氨酯改性乳化沥青制备工艺

为优化常温条件下水性聚氨酯改性乳化沥青制备工艺,本文采用水性聚氨酯作为改性剂,探究剪切时间、剪切速度对水性聚氨酯改性乳化沥青性能的影响。利用单因素法测定不同制备参数条件下的蒸发残留物的三大性能指标,分析不同因素对沥青性能的影响,确定最佳制备工艺流程及参数。结果表明,水性聚氨酯在常温条件下能有效提高基质沥青性能,且制备条件简单,可作为一种新型路面材料应用到道路建设过程中。
Preparation Technology of Polyurethane-Modified Emulsified Asphalt at Room Temperature
In order to optimize the preparation process of waterborne polyurethane modified emulsified asphalt under room temperature conditions,waterborne polyurethane was used as a modifier to investigate the effects of shear time and shear rate on the performance of waterborne polyurethane modified emulsified asphalt.The three main performance indices of evaporated residues under different preparation parameters were determined by the one-factor method,and the effects of the different factors on the properties of asphalt were analyzed to determine the optimal preparation process and parameters.The results show that at room temperature,aqueous polyurethane can effectively improve the properties of matrix asphalt and the preparation conditions are simple.Waterborne polyurethane can be used as a new pavement material applied to the road construction process.
