中温温拌再生沥青性能研究

本文对中温再生沥青制备工艺以及性能进行研究,通过试验研究了制备温度、剪切时间、中温再生剂掺量对中温再生沥青性能的影响。研究结果表明,(1)制备中温再生沥青的工艺条件为:70#基质沥青加热温度为 120℃,中温再生剂加热温度为 80℃,中温再生剂在沥青中的剪切时间为 90min;(2)中温再生剂提高了沥青的低温延展性,降低了沥青的黏度,提高了施工和易性;(3)老化沥青的针入度随着中温再生剂掺量的增加而增加,软化点随着中温再生剂掺量的增加而降低,对于 70#基质沥青而言,中温再生剂的最佳掺量为沥青质量的 4%。
Study on the Performance of Medium Temperature Warm Mixed Asphalt
The preparation process and performance of medium temperature warm mixed asphalt were studied.The effects of preparation temperature,shear time and medium temperature regeneration agent content on the performance of medium temperature warm mixed asphalt were studied through experiments.The results show that(1)the preparation process of medium temperature warm mixed asphalt is as follows:the temperature of 70#asphalt is 120℃,the temperature of medium temperature regeneration agent is 80℃and the shear time of the regeneration agent is 90min;(2)the addiction of medium temperature regeneration agent improves the low temperature ductility of asphalt,reduces the viscosity of asphalt and improves the construction work-ability;(3)the penetration of aged asphalt increases with the increase of the amount of medium temperature regeneration agent,the softening point decreases with the increase of the amount of medium temperature regeneration agent and the optimum content of medium temperature regeneration agent is 4%for the 70#asphalt.
