隧道安全管控提升措施————以甬金高速成功岭隧道为例

隧道比露天公路能见度低,在通车过程中存在较多的风险因素,若在正常通车使用过程中没有做好相应的风险管控措施,就可能给司乘人员的生命安全和设备设施等带来无法预料的严重后果。本文以甬金高速成功岭隧道为例,通过火灾报警系统改造、智能疏散指示系统改造、入口主动管控系统及设备设施更新等创新改造措施,对成功岭隧道路段进行了安全管控升级,以达到在发现应急事件时,能够提高发现速度科学精准指挥施救、主动高效实行交通管控的效果。通过安全管控措施的实施,隧道事故发生数量逐年递减,人员伤亡事故率最大降低了 75%。
Measures for Improving Tunnel Safety Control:Taking the Cheng gong Ling Tunnel of Yongjin Expressway as an Example
Compared to open-air highways,tunnels have lower visibility,and there are many risk factors during the use and opening of tunnels.If corresponding risk control measures are not taken during normal opening and use,it may bring unpredictable serious consequences to the safety of drivers and passengers,as well as equipment and facilities.Taking the Chenggong Ling Tunnel of the Yongjin Expressway as an example,through the implementation of this project,innovative renovation measures such as fire alarm system renovation,intelligent evacuation indication system renovation,entrance active control system and equipment and facility updates have been taken to upgrade the safety control of the Chenggong Ling Tunnel section,in order to improve the detection speed,scientifically and accurately command and rescue and achieve proactive and efficient traffic control when emergency events are discovered.Through the implementation of safety management and control measures,the number of tunnel accidents has decreased year by year,and the casualty accident rate has decreased by 75%.
